This Ritual Only Needs Be Performed Once.Once you perform the ritual do a death meditation. Meditate upon your own demise. Watch your corpse undergo decomposition. This meditation is specifically good for desensitizing yourself to Death and the Death current, and helps realize your mortality. If you want to call upon Death Itself, he will participate/enhance the effects of the meditation.

Death Meditation

Visualize yourself dead.

See your corpse, fresh.

Watch as your corpse rots,

see your body go through all of the stages of decomposition.

Continue in decomposition until you are dust.

Feel yourself being attuned to Death during this meditation.

You may take this as far as you want to. Look at how your relatives and friends react/cope to your death, or anything else that may help you put things into perspective, or a lens that you can see through.
