This rite is not for being able to transform into an animal but to be able to alter your physical appearance at will. Through this you can change eye color, bone structure, muscle tone, simple stuff like that. Also, there will be a period in which some practice may be needed or to figure out what techniques work for you.
It is recommended that for this rite you gaze at yourself in a mirror, though not necessary. Also to have this done at night.
