Samael

Samael is an Archangel and an Archdemon. He is a highly regarded spirit within the Qliphoth and the Sephiroth. Samael is an incredibly powerful spirit, a figure of spiritual balance, destruction and ascent. Samael is also a Watcher. Samael is a sort of spiritual jack-of-all-trades, being quite good at most things, although it is best to channel him as to what he is willing to help you with. Never demand anything of Samael or command him to do anything, its a bad idea, he wasn’t called ‘the venom of God’ for no reason.

Samael is a god of psychic openings and initation, who can help you reach your highest potential, and achieve balance for yourself. Samael can guide and initiate one through the Sephiroth and the Qliphoth, and help you go beyond. Samael enjoys secretive ceremonies held in his honor.

Rituals to Samael should be treated as special occasions. the bigger the better, with more return from Samael. Samael enjoys seeing that the practitioner shows him the proper respects, and comes to him honestly, for he is not unreasonable.

Samael enjoys grandeur. He does not do things small, but he does them beautifully. Samael expects offerings from most practitioners, (channel specific offerings from him) but he does enjoy Candles, Dragon’s Blood incense, Precious metals/gemstones, artwork, and music. Samael doesn’t care about the time or location of the ritual, but he cares about the energy and atmosphere of the ritual space. Incorporate all that you feel led to put in the ritual, you will have a legendary experience.
